Quality manager – Med Tech innovation
Come and create from scratch, our quality system deployable in Europe / US / Japan for the commercialization of a new disruptive medical device, combining algorithm and life science (in vitro diagnostics).
If this mission sounds good to you, you are undoubtedly our future quality manager. We will then entrust you with a strategic mission for the success of our innovation:
- Design, structure, and manage the quality system in the environment of our technology according to ISO 13485, 21CFR part 820 standards and any specific reference system for market access for BioMadvanced products in collaboration with management. Our common goal is of course to ensure a level of quality that meets all expectations for workers and patients (Obtaining and maintaining Quality certifications – CE marking, etc.)
- Evaluate and manage the improvement of the quality processes (implementation and monitoring of KPIs)
- Organize and conduct staff training on the quality system
- Qualify and audit the chain of suppliers and subcontractors
- You will also be our materiovigilance referent
You will be in direct contact with the 2 main company leaders and numerous contacts with partners (academics, suppliers, etc.) will enrich your mission. Very autonomous, you are nevertheless keen to share and communicate your progress and your difficulties to managers and the rest of the team. In the short or medium term, you will be supported by a team that you will supervise.
Your profile
Your higher education (scientific master’s degree / engineering school), and your experience of at least 3/5 years in quality (ideally in connection with innovative medical devices) will largely support your success in the position and your development in the structure . Your ability to organize, plan and manage a number of regulatory documents is one of your main assets. You switch easily from English to French and enjoy writing.
Beyond your organizational and technical experience, we will be particularly interested in your behavioral intelligence:

Venez créer from scratch, notre système qualité déployable Europe / US / japon en vue de la mise sur le marché d’un nouveau dispositif médical disruptif, mêlant algorithme et sciences du vivant (diagnostic in vitro)
Si cette mission vous parle, vous êtes sans doute notre futur.e manager de la qualité. Nous vous confierons alors, une mission stratégique pour le succès de notre innovation :
- Concevoir, structurer, et gérer le système qualité dans l’environnement de notre technologie selon les normes ISO 13485, 21CFR part 820 et tout référentiel spécifique à l’accès au marché des produits BioMadvanced en collaboration avec la direction. Notre objectif commun est bien sûr d’assurer un niveau de qualité conforme aux attentes pour les travailleurs et les patients (Obtention et maintien des certifications Qualité – marquage CE, etc.)
- Évaluer et gérer l’amélioration du processus qualité (mise en place et suivi des KPIs)
- Organiser et conduire les formations du personnel sur le système qualité
- Qualifier et auditer la chaîne des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants
- Vous serez aussi notre référent matériovigilance
Vous serez en prise directe avec les 2 principaux dirigeants et de nombreux contacts avec des partenaires (académiques, fournisseurs…) viendront enrichir votre mission.
Très autonome, vous avez néanmoins à cœur de partager et communiquer vos avancées comme vos difficultés aux dirigeants et au reste de l’équipe.
A court ou moyen terme, vous serez épaulé par une équipe que vous encadrerez.
Votre profil
Votre formation supérieure ( master scientifique / école d’ingénieur), et votre expérience de 3 / 5 ans minimum en qualité ( idéalement en lien avec des dispositifs médicaux innovants) seront largement un appui à votre réussite dans le poste et à votre évolution dan structure.
Votre capacité à organiser, à planifier et gérer nombre de documents règlementaires est l’un de vos principal atout.
Vous passez aisément de l’anglais au français et aimez rédiger.
Au-delà de votre expérience organisationnelle et technique, nous serons particulièrement intéressés par votre intelligence comportementale.
